The Bouroullec brothers, both born in the 70s in France, presented their “Disintegrated Kitchen” at the Salon du Meuble in Paris in 1997. Consequently they were noticed by Giulio Cappellini, who gave them their first commercial project. In 2000, they were requisitioned by Issey Miyake who wanted an interior designed for his new collection. Then Vitra gave them a large project: conceptualising a new kind of office system. Today, the brothers work at Galerie kreo in Paris where between designing for numerous manufacturers, they continue to experiment and develop their art.
