Ole Palsby Design powered by the next generation after Ole Palsby and continue his work with industrial design, based on the sketches, drawings, ideas and attitudes that Ole Palsby left behind. The focal point is cutlery. The design is always based on the desire to create viable timeless design with a minimalist look. And the goal is that products must be functional and beautiful tools with clean, honest lines. The ICHI cutlery, designed by Ole Palsby received in 2017 the Japanese design award: Japan Tsubame Industrial Design Contest from the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

For those interested in desgin, Ichi is a product we would recommend. There is some Bauhaus influence in the clean lines of the handles but this contrasts with the more organic shapes of the knife blade and heads of the spoon and fork. Ichi is sure to make your table stand out and improve the eating experience of all those who use the cutlery. This Ichi cutlery is in titanium/black.
